Current Employee, more 5 years
Pros
I accept worked hither for 5 years. The pay rates and benefits packages are comparable to other companies of this size. Benefits cost is very low and the workplace and environment is friendly and relaxed. We can wearable jeans everyday and that's a plus. The visitor cares nearly its workers (nosotros just had a wellness clinic, we exercise blood drives and they requite free flu shots) and they really endeavor to allow them know this.
Cons
We are extremely busy.... is that really a con??

Current Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
This chore is good once the training has been completed. You don't end up feeling like a forgotten part of the team. As long equally you have the bulldoze to work, you volition accept a skilful experience with this company. The moment y'all become bored or unwilling to be part of the squad is when you will be unhappy. The Senior Management is very friendly! Ever walks around and greets us and is so willing to help solve bug without even thinking twice about information technology!
Cons
The phone calls have getting used to. Every bit in whatsoever telephone call heart chore.

Pros
Resort usage/cost is unmatched, benefits, PT/VT, made many friends from co-workers, dainty location, relaxed surroundings.
Cons
Now they have been bought out, in-business firm management has almost no say in decisions, benefits started decreasing, immune a lot of their good employees to walk (everyone now is replaceable). Lamentable, it used to be a great identify to piece of work at.

Old Employee, more three years
Pros
Vacation time/sick time Utilize of resorts for employees Good manner to gain basic job feel Never asked to take abode work
Cons
Wait to be micro managed here, questioned on every move you make even going to the restroom. At 12 per hr in a call center surroundings taking lx-100 calls being yelled at past owners all day tin make one lose motivation. On top of that the tremendous administrative work load that they do not tell you about in the interview. Over worked due to the high employee turn over hither from employees quitting or getting fired. once a employee leaves you are responsible for picking up the slack and once you fall behind on your assignments expect to reprimanded. There is a tremendous lack of professionalism amongst fellow employees, management and resort full general managers. At that place is a weird company culture, if your not in the social club or buddies with ane of the managers expect to be talked near behind your back in a negative way or worse get you in trouble with Hour. The managers are not experienced in managing people and will talk to you like a kid. Many expectations are unrealistic with management and resort managers as well, the moment you cant deliver you are treated similar y'all are the worse matter to ever ready pes in the place. They do occasionally promote from within or accept other department openings, but don't expect a significant bump in pay, merely almost guaranteed to get more piece of work. Raises are between one-three% annually if you are able to meet the ridiculous standards the place has put in place. Many Rules, seemed similar the staff was getting emails on a daily basis from management on new rules put in place, it made for a very hard working environment. If you are non perfect in your ninety day review period expect to have information technology extended another 90 days, even if you get sick one day await to have your probation extended. If you do take this chore just keep to your cocky, fly under the radar and stay out of all the employee drama!
